Eating well 1:


                                                        

You'll have to eat a light organic breakfast , then at the middle of the morning have some snack enough till lunch time .. Have your dinner between 5pm and 8pm so that you can have a deeper sleep .Below are some advices about eating :

·        Learn how to cook : because that will bring you some experience , will give you healthier food and will save you money .

·        Food with high fiber will lower your cholesterol and will make you feel full faster .

·        Some good sources of fiber are vegetables ( with the skin ) , whole grains, legumes, Beans, Brown rice, Popcorn, Oatmeal, Bran cereal, Berries and nuts .

·        Try to reduce fat in your fat .. Cut fat off meat .

·        Eat slowly because it takes time for the brain to register how much food you've eaten and how full you are.

·        Think about what you drink because many soft drinks contain a lot of sugar .

·        Reduce salt in your food , because a lot of it increases your blood pressure and heart diseases.
