In this blog we'll give you some valuable advices about health and how to keep it for longer time . These advices depend on readings of many books , magazines and attending seminars about health .

Eating well:

·        When you feel hungry choose the snacks you carefully ..Instead of taking chocolate or crisps , take some fresh fruits or low fat yoghurts.

·        Drink a lot of water .. You can also add some lemon , orange or grapefruit to it to give it some better flavor .

·        Minimize eating fast food, but if you had to do it , then take small sizes of it .

·        Make healthy food accessible to you so that you find it easily when you need it . A good example is that you put it at the level of your eyes in the refrigerator.

·        Cook the vegetables by steaming them instead of boiling or using microwave . that'll protect their antioxidant properties.

·        Prepare and freeze the vegetables so that you can use them faster whenever you need .

·        Pay attention to your meal and don't while watching TV or working on computer .

·        Use smaller plate for your meals so that you shrink your portions of them.

·        Some restaurants have healthy section on their menus that has low fat or lighter food, so ask for it.
